As the new year settles, the countdown to Sleep & Eat 2020 commences. Fortunately, this doesn’t mean we need wait until November for exceptional hotel design work to satisfy our senses. 2020 brings with it a sumptuous selection of brand new and beautifully designed hotels, right here on our doorstep...

The Pig at Harlyn Bay, Cornwall

Following the roaring success of the Pig’s first opening in Brockenhurst in 2011, and a further five successful Pigs from Dorset to Kent, a brand new Cornish arrival is set to hog the limelight in 2020. Set just outside the picturesque Harlyn village, close to the beautiful beaches of Constantine Bay, guests can choose from 26 vibrant bedrooms across the grand 16th century house and stables. The Pig Cornwall’s interiors will mirror the characteristic style of its predecessors – a medley of vintage-cool and upcycled funk. Take a dip in the Potting Shed spa rooms, grab a post-surf bite in the kitchen-garden-fuelled restaurant, or unwind by the fire in the converted ‘old pigsty’ hangout. Opens June 2020.
