Harry is a writer, editor and hospitality consultant. With a focus on F&B, design and travel content, he contributes regularly to the likes of The Telegraph, Wallpaper*, Hospitality Design, Food & Travel, Suitcase and Robb Report. He was also formerly the editor of Supper, bringing the title to market and overseeing its subsequent growth.
As an F&B consultant, Harry works with owners and operators to help them better understand the landscape, shape their concepts, and ultimately connects them with the best partners to help them implement their visions. He also applies his extensive editorial background to working with hotels, restaurants, bars and design studios on the creation of compelling brand content - enabling them to tell their stories in the most engaging and thoughtful way possible.
Harry is an advisory board member for the Global Restaurant Investment Forum, seminar curator and chair of TableTalk, and has previously lived in the Middle East, heading up a region-leading lifestyle title in print and digital.
