Callie’s background is in interior design and customer experience. She’s a master of design strategy, and her astute understanding of the connection between design and customer behaviour means she is a powerful ally for clients. Prior to establishing Volume Callie worked closely with big brands, such as Virgin Atlantic.
Callie has built a team of designers and design managers from both in-house and agency-side, across many sectors.
