About Us

The Vision

Inimitable hospitality experiences are created by uniting concept, design, style and innovation. Sleep & Eat’s purpose is to connect the visionaries that represent each, and in turn define the evolution of hotel and restaurant experience. People join a community that exists to stimulate, enable and celebrate excellence in hospitality from the bricks and mortar through to the finest interior details.

Sleep & Eat combines original, thought-provoking content with the opportunity to catch up with industry influencers. It understands the importance of high-quality innovation in hospitality development.” Harry Harris, Founder, SUSD

The Location

Olympia Exterior

Bold, eclectic and unapologetically provocative, Sleep & Eat is an extension of London’s spirit.

London Olympia is an iconic space and blank canvas, giving the hospitality industry’s innovative new concepts the space they need to make an impact. And it’s ideally located 20 minutes from the heart of the city on the Central line. Sleep & Eat is far from a traditional trade show, and that’s reflected in its highly edited and design-led aesthetic. Bespoke artisans sit alongside tech start-ups; conceptualised restaurant environments share space with the cult bar area; networking spaces fuse with art installations.
